“This tour operator canceled on us. We were there at 8:30 AM. Our reservation is at 9:00 AM. We waited until 9:45am and somebody came only to tell us that their boat is not in or being repaired. We were on a cruise ship with limited time, they offered to still take us but for 2.5 hrs vs the 4 hrs. This is just horrible, I booked this trip more than 6 mos in advance and there are 12 of us in the group. Worst service ever.
